H. Roger Neal® is creating a web of online real estate training courses. H. Roger Neal® is creating a wagon wheel of 11 websites initially, and 71 websites eventually that are all inter-related and intertwined, one way or another to the real estate industry. It will be the most comprehensive online real estate training ever imagined, let alone conceived. The hrogerneal.com supersite will ultimately become the largest online real estate training website for education and investing ever completed. It has become one of H. Roger Neal™’s newest interests and goals. It is such a blast to conceive and create, pioneer so to speak, something entirely new and bold. Imagine an 11 website wagon wheel being completed in less than 6 months. The hub/master website, hrogerneal.com (the supersite), is in the middle with 10 more websites around it. All 11 websites will be teaching, providing investments and services, and selling real estate educational products. Keep in mind that I’m not talking about 1-5 page, worthless websites that are unimportant and irrelevant. I am, however, talking about 11 important and relevant websites that provide online real estate training in education, actual real estate investing opportunities (right now in Texas), and real estate services like my note buying website, hrogernealnotebuyer.com. My goal is to have these fabulous websites all up, functional, and running before Christmas, 2007. I want the minimum page count on every outer website that I own to be at least 20-30 pages. As for my long term goal, I want a 71 website wagon wheel. One site, hrogerneal.com, will still be the hub/master website. On the first tier of the wagon wheel, I will have 20 websites. On the second tier, I will have 50 more websites, all providing online real estate training. I’d like my average website to consist of 75 pages. If the hub/master website is 500 pages, it will help compensate for websites with fewer than 75 pages. It will, essentially, bring up the average size website average up when clumped together. I realize that all of this sounds a bit excessive, alright eccentric. But if my goal is to have the biggest and most elaborate online real estate training websites ever assembled, then I need to go to extreme measures to compete with the entire United States. Think about that for a second. There are millions of websites with billions of pages. That’s what I’m, you’re, competing against. I am working on a website that deals with just this which I have described. It’s called hrogernealclickandearn.com. This website is one of the 11 that will be up by the end of 2007 in my initial 11 website wagon wheel. It will provide website design, planning, monetization, and optimization tips on wagon wheels. Furthermore, there will be a Click and Earn™ Home Study Course, Coaching, and Shadows available for learning.

Real estate investment programs that are mailed to you are what H. Roger Neal® likes to call real estate education. Having someone call you weekly, at appointed times for 30 minutes per session and every week thereafter for a total of 8 weeks, is what H. Roger Neal® likes to call real estate investing training. Granted, real estate investing training is technically real estate education, but it is essentially a different type of education. The training is where a coach takes a student by the hand and walks them through the course study, much like a teacher does in a classroom situation. In a classroom situation, or seminar, the instructor takes the class through the course study systematically from beginning to end. Throughout the process, students are free to ask questions as they arise. In this case, however, you can go to your job and train in a more convenient time while in the privacy of your own home. Furthermore, the real estate investing training, or coaching, is taught at your own pace with a lesson plan book. And, your spontaneous questions are between just you and your coach. Although you will be given a structured lesson plan book, your coach can easily speed up, or slow down, your course study depending upon your homework assignments being completed. Your coach can, and has, postponed coaching sessions to allow the student to get his, or her, homework assignments done. We understand that it is difficult juggling a fulltime job, family, and homework assignments. Furthermore, your coach also understands, and allows for, vacations and previous engagements. It’s not a problem if you take 11 weeks to fulfill the 8 week coaching program. We value your coaching sessions, as well as your complete real estate investing training. We do prefer that we get the training done in the shortest period of time, though. The sooner you learn the program, the sooner you can get out into the field and make some money. H. Roger Neal® has finally produced a real estate investment training program called Affiliate Network. Although the program has been in print work in the coaching binder, for those students only, for some time, it now has 4 CD’s to help and enhance learning. Affiliate Network now comes in its own 3-ring binder with 5 sections and 4 audio CD’s. This allows students to hear H. Roger Neal® actually teach the course, rather than simply reading the course themselves. The objective of the course is to teach students how to examine residential real estate, and apartment complexes, to evaluate them for purchase. In order to do this, of course, you’ll need a fundamental knowledge in Cap Rates, Net Operating Income, Cash Flow, and such, in formulas to calculate Current Numbers and Proformas. H. Roger Neal™ will teach you all about this and how to perform calculations. The why and what for will be explained as well. It’s a little complicated at first, so that’s why there’s a course on it. Although it is only a 4 hour course it teaches you a lifetime of information. If you want to learn calculations and how to decipher good deals, then this is the real estate investment training program for you. If you desire to break into the apartment side of the residential housing market, this course is a must for you. Real estate agents who want to increase their knowledge base to get into this market for higher commission checks, this is for them as well. As for the $1 DOWN® Program, this will allow you to get an option to purchase for a price that makes sense to buyers. Getting the option to purchase for $6 million for something that is only worth $5 million will be a total waste of time. Learn how to evaluate and self-appraise apartment complexes in as little as 20 seconds to 2 minutes.
