Real Estate Conference

The real estate training course for the Affiliate Network, Foreclosure, and Short Sale Conference has been held lately in Columbus, Ohio. These three topics make for a fabulous week of real estate training. Students arrive on Tuesday evening for a Meet & Greet on Tuesday evening. A continental breakfast is offered from 8:00 to 9:00 A.M. The class begins promptly at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday morning. H. Roger Neal’s Affiliate Network is held all day Wednesday from 9-5. He will train you how to examine real estate agents fliers/binders/packets to see what a good deal is, or not. I know that it sounds impossible, but everyone is able, by the end of the day, to decipher in 20 seconds to 2 minutes to separate the good deals from the bad. You will learn all the tricks of the trade in evaluating real estate investment properties. (Materials provided.) On Wednesday evening, we again have a Meet & Greet from 7-9:00 P.M. to accommodate those who did not attend the Affiliate Network portion of the conference. On Thursday from 8:00 to 900 A.M. we again offer a continental breakfast, and at 9:00 A.M. the foreclosure portion of the conference begins. This is a classroom day where all of the foreclosure fundamentals are covered. There will be classroom materials passed out, so you don’t need to bring anything. On Friday, between 8:00 and 9:00 A.M. we again offer the continental breakfast. We meet outside promptly at 9:00 A.M. to go to the county courthouse where the real estate foreclosures are held at 10:00 A.M. When it’s over, it’s lunchtime. You will eat at one of H. Roger Neal’s favorite downtown restaurants as his guest. After lunch there will be a continuance of the field trip where you will inspect past, and hopefully current, foreclosure projects. We’ll end up at the conference room around 3:00-4:00 to re-cap the day. On Saturday morning, again you will have access to a continental breakfast from 8:00 to 900 A.M. The Short Sale portion of the conference is held from 9:00-12 Noon. Materials are provided for all attendees as well. This is one of the highlights of the week. H. Real Estate Training Online

H. Roger Neal® has contemplated for years on how to provide some, not complete, real estate training online that is free to visitors who are without any, and all, assets. No one knows better than me what it feels like to be at the bottom of the barrel. What does bottom of the barrel mean? Well, let’s just say that you’re not going to eat lunch today because you paid your electric bill. Granted, you’re not going to starve to death, but you don’t have to worry about gaining weight either. There are homeless who are truly at the bottom of the barrel who don’t have access to a computer, let alone clean clothes. I understand that. So allow me to restate my comments to near the bottom of the barrel. If you work at a fast food chain 40 hours per week and are trying to support yourself, let alone a family, you understand what I’m talking about. I had tenants who stopped at a carry out on their way home and the wife insisted on buying a lottery ticket. It was a drag out fight over wasting the one dollar. She won the fight and bought the ticked. Needless to say, they won 10 million dollars off that stupid dollar! I can’t give you luck and fortune like that, but I can provide some real estate training online where if you can gain access to the internet you can learn tons to things for free. Just read all of my free articles and try to implement something that doesn’t require money, or credit. There are tons and tons of articles on my website where I talk about deals that I’ve made over the years. In those articles, I am very specific about what I bought, how I bought it, what I did or didn’t do to it, how I sold it, and what I made from it. I address the real estate investment techniques used and how to use them. You can always go to the library and expand the information that you’ve learned from your real estate training online and check out books related to the subjects. It’s not as much fun as throwing it on a credit card and getting a great big box in the mail and having a coach take you by the hand and walking you through the course. But, learning for free has its drawbacks and, of course, financial advantages. It’s a lot harder and more inconvenient, but you’re use to that anyway.

Real Estate Training Website

H. Roger Neal® is in constant contact with his websites. Constantly adding content, key words, and focusing on obtaining new and fresh website pages. Furthermore, H. Roger Neal® has a huge focus on optimizing his websites so that the search engines can find them. This website, hrogerneal.com, is the H. Roger Neal® Supersite, also known as his master website. Master website means his largest and main website. I am trying to get my smallest websites to be no less than 20-30 pages and the master website to be hundreds of worthwhile pages. This master website should be geared to not only a selling website, but a real estate training website as well. So, the information found on all of the H. Roger Neal® websites will have a two-fold purpose. On the one hand, the information acts as a pre-selling tool, like what I have coined the set. (The set is used as a tool to allow visitors an insight to how I think and what I write about. It lets people find out about me before even buying anything. The close, of course, is when visitors buy.) While on the other hand, all of my free content, information, provides visitors with a free real estate training website. This master website, what I refer to as my supersite, can also act as a real estate training website where people can learn about new real estate techniques never introduced to them before. In fact, I am hoping that this website someday reaches over 1,000 free pages of content. I really do. I’m not trying to put myself out of business, rather let investors know that there are more topics out there than there are makes and models of cars. And, you just can’t do that with 10 website pages. Furthermore, in the next 5 years I’m hoping to have 71 websites. Yes, that’s my goal. It does sound quite excessive, but that’s me, an extremist. Right now I have 6 websites, including this one. All of my websites can be looked at by real estate investors and each one could be construed as a real estate training website. Investors can learn something from all of them. I will be creating a new website soon on learning how to make money from the internet. It will teach all of the ins and outs of web design, topics, monetizing, and optimizing websites. I will be teaching how to construct a wagon wheel of websites, so to speak, that will teach you how to have many websites on real estate, for example. Real Estate Coaching

H. Roger Neal® offers a real estate training class called Coaching that will be held by telephone 30 minutes per week for 8 weeks. Afterward there won’t be anymore homework assignments or structured coaching sessions, but you can call in anytime you want for the next 4 months. This real estate training class totals 6 months. A comprehensive lesson plan, 3-ring binder is given to each student. The entire real estate training class was devised, planned, orchestrated, and written entirely by H. Roger Neal®. That’s a fact. Who knows better than H. Roger Neal® what to focus on, and what is least important? No one knows better to do the planning and writing. Each lesson plan has homework assignments that include reading, listening to CD’s, watching DVD’s, and performing proactive tasks to make money. We begin with home study course assignments and lesson plan reading. We also decide what business card is best for you and instruct how to get your briefcase ready. You’re given a list of items to put inside it. You’re taught about Networking and Negotiating. You read, listen, learn, and discuss product knowledge for the program that you’re learning about. After you’ve learned a measured amount of information, you’ll learn how to integrate all three topics. Once you get a handle on that, you will begin being proactive to generate leads and deals.
